Hi Joanne if you watch the FAQ video you will see that the amount you fold the macarons makes a big difference to what they look like, you are likely to end up with over-mixed flat macarons by the time you add the second colour. I would suggest instead making 1/4 of the recipe at a time.

I spent 3 months (and a few other trips) in “americas dairy land” (Wisconsin – Mid West) without seeing a single cow.They keep them all inside, and the butter is WHITE. It’s scary.Meat isn’t a problem tho – I’m a vegetarian, mostly – but what I had (“USDA approved beef”) was woefull compared to the B-grade stuff we get in NZ. Maybe I need to find some A-grade NZ stuff here in London….
